The ServSafe Manager exam has 90 questions; 80 are scored and 10 are unmarked pilot questions. You need 60 of the 80 scored questions correct — 75% — to pass, and you have two hours. (Per ServSafe's publicly published exam information.)
Food handler requirements vary by state. Several states (California, Texas, Florida, Nevada, Arizona and others) require food workers to hold a food handler card or certificate from an accredited program; check your state's health department for the specific requirement.
